My cuz asked me if I had ever seen one. I told her I’m pretty sure those are mutant ninja turtles, possibly teenagers.

I think it's Fred or his twin brother Joey.

I vote for Panda Turtles.
Although, given its location, I suspect it's a Ouachita Map Turtle. It appears to be covered in dried mud.
