Looking into making some avocado dressing. Thought it might be same as Green Goddess dressing. Nope, completely different. I like Green Goddess dressing, but, I think I want to make some avocado dressing. I used to make blue cheese dressing all the time. Dressing is easy to make with HUGE rewards. Just like potato, macaroni, bean salads. I don't know how stores can screw up something so easy to make.
