Ever consider loading the poo manager into the oven?

Eh, it's good to move. I hadn't realized how stiff and decrepit I'd become until I watched my roommate trying to help me cleaning the fridge. He was just sitting on the floor and was winded. I was like "HOLY poo I do not want to be like that".

I don't know where my DDR mat is though, so no dancing for me.

walking for an hour up and down hills works a treat.

if that's not an option, you can always climb stairs.  anything to keep moving.

I like walking, sometimes jogging. I just don't like to dance. It doesn't feel right to me. Swimming is the best motion for me. Oh, if I could live in water...

It's your abs. I know this because after doing the bless'ed balance games on the wii my abs were like "golly you."

I've very good core strength. I've even got good balance but I'm clumsy...
