Steam Autumn/Spring sale
« on: November 27, 2013, 03:58:48 PM »
store.steampowered.com

I never figure these things out before they happen, but I only missed an hour this time, and none of the flash sales!

Also I found the Autumn/Spring thing clever.

Yup, plenty of poo I want, none of which will run on this system. I saw skyrim with all the DLC's for $20 and whimpered. I paid more than that for my gameboy and tetris, and those are thin on the ground thanks to hipsters.

Can't upgrade the system? My guess is a problem with onboard video and a laptop.

ayup. Everything checks out for gaming, my guess is it's a cheap shitty processor. Laptop came second hand.

Winter sale discounts will be the same as the Autumn ones, so if you missed anything then have no fear!

What have you got, what are your specs? Maybe we can find some cheap upgrades.

Today my 11 year old son discovered Steam.

That's his grades buggered for another term...

I should be thankful for the ongoing sales.  If he'd discovered a PS4 it would be me that was buggered.
