Trying to identify this turtle. This image came from Minnesota. Anyone ever see one?

My cuz asked me if I had ever seen one. I told her I’m pretty sure those are mutant ninja turtles, possibly teenagers.

I think it's Fred or his twin brother Joey.

If you have another angle I could be sure.
Don't put off until tomorrow, what you can put off until the day after.

I vote for Panda Turtles.

Although, given its location, I suspect it's a Ouachita Map Turtle.  It appears to be covered in dried mud. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ouachita_map_turtle
