Hi aelthric, good to talk to you too. I reckon I read your post wrong. You make the ketchup then add allspice to make British brown sauce. I did a search for British Brown Sauce and the results on Amazon were that HP sauce.

HP do a low sugar/salt  version, unsure if you can still use
