Under pressure.
« on: October 26, 2017, 09:56:35 PM »
I think I already posted about this in another thread, but  meds seem to have made things worse, not better. I've gone from 130/95 to 160/120. Which is bad. Maybe I'm just in rage mode.

Specifically I asked the dentist to wait to reschedule the appointments. Instead, they've set them for tomorrow. I've been tapering on to the meds at 1/2 pill a day, and I'm still three days from full pills.

I bless'ed hate blood pressure tests anyway, they bruise the poo out of my arm. I miss the bulb pump ones, the robot one can go to hell.

Would gentle exercise help with this?  Walking or swimming?  My husband takes meds for hypertension and I know that just getting out in the air and walking sometimes helps to bring it down.  I don't know if that's an option where you live?
