Mine was drawn by Marty Ito who is a professional artist in Japan.  He drew it for me for my birthday and based it off of my photo.

The one I'm using at this moment just seemed like an interesting contrast to this sig that AJ made for me...which evidently wasn't big enough as he since gave me this 'wide-screen' version.
