I saw a little girl the other day with a Pippi backpack - not only was I astonished that it even existed in the States in this day and age, but it reminded me of you.  ;D

And my avatar is X-Presidents George H.W. Bush and Gerald Ford holding and beating Bubbles from The Powerpuff Girls. Make of it what you will...

I like your old one, it looked like a game show host doing a hula dance.  :-\

I used to just sit and watch it for ages on end.

But simple things.  ;D

Where did you get it..? is it a fake gif, or a segment from a show a la Robot Chicken..?

F.C

Football Club. (soccer)

It used to be Ayr United Football and Athletic Club, but they changed it. >:(

Their nickname is "The Honest Men" which comes from a line in "Tam o' Shanter"  a poem by Robert Burn's (who was born in Alloway in Ayr)

"This truth fand honest Tam o' Shanter,
As he frae Ayr ae night did canter,
(Auld Ayr, wham ne'er a town surpasses
For honest men and bonie lasses.) "

Tam o' shanter's drinking buddy Souter Johnnie stayed in Kirkoswald (his cottage is still there) it's about 2.5 miles from Turnberry where the golf is right now.

So is the pub in Ayr they were drinking in, it still has a thatched roof.

Jack was getting it all about Yojimbo yesterday when we were chatting.

Yojimbo means bodyguard, which is the B/W film that Kevin Costner takes Whitney Houston to see in "The Bodyguard (1992)". A Fist full of Dollars is a remake of Yojimbo.  ;D
