OK if your sure you want to hear this.

My wife works for the People's Dispensary for Sick Animals (PDSA) and everybody in the small village where we stay, knows we are both fond of animals.

It is maybe a good thing that I never discovered who done it as I would have got a longer jail sentence for what I would have done to them, then they would have got for doing what they had done.

Wow, indie that superglue thing makes the mind recoil.  :-\

I mean, it's clear the person didn't want them, but did they have to make sure they didn't have a chance? That's bent up...

But Lucky turned out to be a beautiful cat (I am partial to blackies, by the way).

Basil is awesome. Does he like his tummy rubbed? I would hope so with fur like that...  :D

By the by, I am proud to say that my apartment does not smell like cats.  :)

That's what made me really anger.

If they didn't want them all they had to do was knock on my door. Every animal the wife brings home, even ones that belong to other people I say to her "can we keep it" like a big kid.

A tip for anyone who's cat uses the wallpaper as a scratching post (they are love or hate the embossed stuff), spray citrus air freshener of the wall where they scratch.  ;)

Indie, I just got done watching one of the saddest movies I have ever seen and then this!! Man, I gotta have a drink. Maybe a couple of shots on top of that. I am so glad you put that in a spoiler box because I never want to read that again as long as I live.

Nasty that story indie and I am kinda sorry I read it.  You know my feelings on animal cruelty and things like that turn me into a monster, snarling and all.  Lucky is lucky you and your family were there.

We are also lucky to have a great wee cat, he's stone mad. He loves water and hate's dogs.  :)

he likes it rubbed but not too often, more of a scratch the side of my head kinda cat :)

and i'm proud too, that my apatment doesn't smell like cats  ;D

I'm just not home enough to properly care for one.  Also, my landlord doesn't allow dogs and, while he allows cats, has some stipulations regarding them.
