I have this kind of basket attached to my book rack. If you need to carry your dog in one basket, and stuff in the other... it would work well.



mine's attached like this in this pic of my bike below, and I have bungie cords crisscrossed also that aren't in the picture so things don't bounce out :P

It all depends on how you position the bungie cords. I've carried all the ingredients to make a full turkey dinner on my bike, I've carried a cheesescake in a snow storm, and this weekend I had one cord positioned to hold a drink cup from McDonalds, and it didn't spill on any of my library books. A muffin would be easy :)

I saw it, it's super pretty :) I bet you'd think twice though before taking it off road and knocking out your alignment just for a stinking muffin :D
