That last game was very important as it thoroughly stress tested this game, and it was still solved so I think the rules are fine as is.  Thanks for that Jack and for the record the clue/crime doesn't have to be overly explicit, as we already know it's a celebrity.  It just has to be relative to his or her failing/s, which would naturally give away something about them.
