It's just a mock up of Youtube's site because he got all the original videos he chopped and mixed from from Youtube. 
The actual videos are hosted on Youtube though.

oh, so he didn't actually film all of that, he just compiled and mixed a bunch of clips from other youtube music videos?

He took individual videos off of Youtube and through editing he got them got them to work together as a whole.
I thought it was pretty impressive
