It was amazing, goldie.  One man, alone, recounting the tale, integrating every subsequent war, accompanied only by a musician with a bass viol.

He spoke for nearly two hours with no intermission.  I'm digging out the Illiad and reading it, finally.  Rage is not a good thing, and war sucks.

I'm just getting over a cold and while I was looking for a warm blanket I found a down comforter I forgot I had. It is big and warm and full of feathers. I've got a bottle of Nyquil and my comforter plus some Top Gear and sitcoms on the DVR so I'm pretty sure I know exactly what I'll be doing tonight.

You almost make it sound nice to be ill.  I'm still full of illness and can't think of anything that would cheer me up.  Not even naked ladies.

It's not too bad... I don't even really miss being out. The thing I wrote about hitting the bars wasn't untrue, but this time I'm just taking it easy at home by myself and it's working itself out pretty well.
