Guzzling  Ibuprofen, no doubt. I've had the most debilitating headache I've ever had - for two days now.

If it hasn't shifted by tomorrow I'm not getting up. Sod work!

And water doesn't help it right??? I wonder if it's sinus like the sinus infection I've had... painful.
Hopefully it's just a dry headache from it for you.  still, drink water and look up some food that helps the head, soup should be the trick, you are on that, oranges and berries for immunity.

I agree t, definitely get a daily dosage of vikings or Game of Thrones, I do.  Little LOTRO and I can't seem to want to read for leisure during semesters at college... But if I did, I have plenty of books.  Was looking at Lord of the Flies, I bought it but haven't got past the first couple of pages.  I also bought Leviathan, by Hobbes... That's a case. 

Game of Thrones, I thought the books would spark my appetite to read a little more for the next couple of months, nope.

Well apparently Hurricane Gonzalo is coming tonight so I may well be in Oz by the morning.

Down south there was a gust or 2, a couple of hours of heavy rain and some wonderful rainbows.  I'm not sure about the midlands or north.
