Try a combination of xanax and hydrocodone with a low dosage od vistorel and a mild amitrptaline to not shout at the walls in the morning, worked for me all the time back in the day.

Very good,and i now have a semi regular prescription too.
Nitrazepam's from the same family,meant for sleep.
  Did you also know Rohypnol's also from that same family,real name Flunitrazepam.
