I've done some google searching and, if the results weren't customized to my recent searches, then more than enough clues are present to find this guy. That being said, here's more.
An acoustic player, whose playing style is characterized by his finger tapping, a method of "hammering on" and "pulling of" the string to produce the sound (instead of strumming the strings), usually using both hands on the fretboard instead of the standard method of one hand to chord and the other to strum. He also has gotten creative with the use of capos, often using multiple at one time.
Note: The above is NOT a direct copy of his wiki page. I've read it and reworded what I wanted to add so a google search of any of the exact phrases shouldn't necessarily be so easy.
