well i had a couple of these

followed by


bangers and mash for a light meal and all is well  :D :D
trouble is my feels like it wants to explode  :P I didn't have too many so must have been the glass of water I had with the meal  ;)
mouth feels like the bottom of a budgie cage  ;D ;D
