Yeah,, putting someone on ice!
 Actualy,, ice bullets are a falacy,, an urban myth.
And Im actualy thinking of the exact amount of force needed to fire an Ice Bullet to succesfully penetrate a human being.
About 600 fps should suffice ,, BUT,, the explosive force would melt it almost imediatly.
Not to mention the air friction would really play havock on its integrity.
Damn ballistics charts I had to go and memorize!!!!
