Three more days for me, I thought I'd be happy to go back after three weeks but I'm really digging this not working thing

I'm thinking about work. In truth, I think about nothing else - I even dream about work.

My in-laws live on St. Martin.  They're in their 80's.  The island took a direct hit.  We haven't heard from them but hope they'll be ok.  I expect the place is a complete mess, and even if they rode out the storm, I'm worried about looters and other aftereffects.

Hope they get communications back up soon.

Total communications blackout and no electricity there, either.  To make matters worse, the hurricane is now headed for my sister's place in Florida.  She's running around trying to get things sorted in advance of it hitting there on Sunday.  She's on a canal, so flooding is a very distinct possibility.  The whole thing is compounded by José following close behind.  poo.
