How quiet it is with the kids back to school.

WHO THE HELL DO I HAVE TO SHOUT AT NOW!

SOMEONE DO SOMETHING TO PISS ME OFF AS I'M HAVING WITHDRAWAL SYMPTOMS!!
Don't put off until tomorrow, what you can put off until the day after.

7 weeks and you still speak in a soft tone? Mine went in the first 7 minutes - possibly 'seconds'.

I certainly wouldn't refuse Alien.  I'm working so much lately wouldn't have time myself anyhow.  If you did do one for me, could you include the current phrase I have as a sig at present and the word Diasfora.

how the hell did i twist my back

I slipped a disc about 3 years ago prying something up of the floor with my fingers (levering from my knuckles so to speak).  Nowhere near my back but it went pop anyhow and now I have slipped it at least twice since.  Never by lifting anything, heavy or otherwise, usually but doing something innocuous like swivelling in my computer chair.

I have a constant pain bottom right hand side lumbar region.  It comes from heavy manual labour from a young age onwards.  Not an awful amount you can do about it except grimmace.  I saw a specialist a while back and she told me to lose some weight and do some Pilates - cheeky cow!
