Swimming is preferable and more relaxing.  Nothing quite like lying on one's back in the middle of a lake and gazing at stars while water moves beneath you.

poo, sometimes I get spooked about sharks in swimming pools.

Sharks don't generally eat people.  They like seals.  Try to avoid behaving like a seal and you should be ok.

I'm spinning wheels yet another day.  Partly it's because the insomnia is turning me into a zombie.  I find myself sitting w/mouth hanging open trying to remember what I was doing.  If only I could get 8 hours of sleep I might retrieve some semblance of intelligence.
