I was looking up Doctor Who, and was almost completely surprised there was a new Doctor

So, yeah, tomorrow is Doctor Who day.

There is no new Doctor, I forgot Matt Smith and David Ten-ants are two people

In the Space Whale episode last season he had some quote about it being ok to break rules when kids are involved.. or, Amy implied that about him... I can't rember the exact phrasing. So.. I assumed he confronted last night with that point of view in mind, and possible at first only changing one night's events to make his 'haunting' effective.. then got carried away with the story behind the story.

I think as a time traveller though he has a basic responsibility to follow certain codes. ..but, he seems 'extraordinary'.. so, the same rules don't seem like they'd always have to apply to him. He'd have plenty of out-clauses.

Plus, he didn't actually change time... he just gave Kazran new happy memories to balance out the bad memories. All basic important events stayed unaltered.

Is The Doctor from our future or past?  Being a time-traveller, his present is kind of all over the place, but without the Tardis, would he be older now than he already is?  With all the time-travel, do the Time Lords even see time in terms of the past and future?

I suppose they'd have their own relative sense of time, such as what the individual experienced previously is in the past, but everything else would be now, right?

I recall him explaining that some events are meant to happen, fixed events that cannot change, and everything else is in a flux.  I can't remember the exact episode.  So I suppose changing that man's childhood isn't very wrong, in the grand scheme of it all.  He does seem to respect the time lines, so I suppose Janeway is still going to make Braxton more angry

Why is the TARDIS outside Earls Court station?

It's been there for ages.  Could it be a real police box?  Could The Doctor be waiting for something?  It's quite worrying sometimes.  I've only seen it from inside a car, I've not touched it before.

There is also something similar in Parliament Square, which the protesters have put up.  It's a Peace box.  Google's Streetview hasn't got it, but it's around here:
