Oh you poor child.
I had a bottle of home made Honey Mead last night.
 Me and my son fought over the last glassfull of it. lol
I got a good recipe for it too,, I need to make some.

Don't try the bottled crap, like Chuacer's or something, that stuff is crap.

Like RG says, its the home made stuff that's the poo.

My buddy and I made a couple of batches about 2.5 years ago (and need to make more based on the results) and they have really come into their own. I had a bottle of our absolutely delicious blueberry mead on Christmas day, and the one pictured is our lemongrass-ginger, which goes fabulously with sushi.  ;D

I got recipes for about a dozzen kinds,, theyre all simple to make and all about the same except for cirtain ingredients.
Home made mead is the shizznit!
Not to mention,, you can control alcahol content pretty easily.

I got a freind who wants some in a hurry,, I got honey mead Ive been aging for the past 5 months and wont be ready till july in time for my bday ( heeeeheeee  4 gallons worth once everything is ready!).
