Hey i've been a busy lad for the most part.
I've been fine thanks dweez,Skadi  :)
Making lots of grog and detoxing off of my methadone script,im down to 16ml now,so im near the end which is the worst part of it.
   You'd be surprised by how much dropping 2ml has an effect on a person.
Looking forward to the end of February,then i'll be clean.  8)

I've also been sorting out a college course,brushing up on my Spanish.
I want to move abroad and teach English to Spanish speakers.

Well i've done that for long enough,i'll be 42 in April,it'll be my 1st birthday clean for years.
I wanna celebrate it on the Norfolk Broads or in Holland.
   Then make a concerted effort to sort my life out.

That's the spirit Gee.

Mucho repect for your efforts as it's not easy to do just one of the positive actions you've taken, let alone a handful. 

I was nearly in Amsterdam at the beginning of this month as my best mate celebrated his 40th (well actually it was his missus' 40th as his isn't until December - but they combined it anyhow), but I couldn't get away from a job I was on.  I am going to take the beast on a Euro roadtrip next year with my son, so maybe I'll hit the Netherlands then?

You'll be 42 next spring as well, don't forget, according to Douglas Adams 42 is the "answer to life, the universe, and everything".
