I got home to a veggie biryani, saag aloo, chili fried prawns and a paratha, all made by the missus as I didn't get in until nearly 9pm.  She also bought me a pucker bottle of white wine and a tiramisu for pud.

How incredibly supportive.

I do mac & cheese many times a week. It's my daughter's favorite dish.

Haven't been home long and so it the traditional Fish 'n' chips and mushy peas from the local.  I will need beer though.

I want to be indulgent again but my diet is showing me a yellow card already.

Trifle is out of the question I s'pose.

I wish I feel like that at least 2 weeks a year. I never loose my appetite.  :(

Bagna cauda makes winter worth living. Washed down with a nice red wine.
It was my 2nd in the last couple weeks. One with friends and one with the family.

It's a Piedmontese dish that looks like this:

Here's the wiki page. It's not uncommon where I live. But we add our own things like ravioli, pieces of schnitzel and pretty much whatever you like. My favorite thing: pieces of French bread.
