My husband bought tenderloin at a very good price so the freezer is full of meat now and that's what I cooked last night. I didn't have shallots so I used green onions, normal onions and garlic. Also mustard, herbs, balsamic vinegar, wine, etc, etc. I don't like red meat so I get carried away when I cook it.
Some simple potatoes for my family and arugula salad for me. I'm a HUGE fan of arugula. I use it in salads, sandwiches, pizzas, etc.
Out of curiosity: how much does tenderloin cost in the rest of the world? We paid it 9 U$S/kg when it's normally 15-16.
