I guess that's not too bad a thing.  When I was in the best shape of my life (A long.....looooonnnnggggg....time ago), I didn't eat anything after 6pm.

Depends on the snacks.  I know what I like, but I also know some carrot or celery snacks can fill you up and not be too filling.

I only like celery with buffalo wings and blue cheese dressing. I like carrots but lately I've been eating trail mix from target and these cute little snack bars from trader joes.

Ditto!!

Last night it was Empanadas and the night before Agnolotti (both are pretty much carbohydrates + fat).  :(

Last night the family wanted an English fry-up for dinner (although most of it was grilled). So I obliged by giving them: Sausages, Bacon, Tomatoes, American style chips/fries, Beans (with onion and peas (I do that to get some vits in)), and Eggs.  I had some Quorn ham as a substitute for the meat and all in all it was a real treat and tasted fantastic.

English cuisine may be a little boring and unadventurous, but by heck it's comforting.

I had planned on having a turkey burger but they were still frozen. So I had really unhealthy fried chicken and fried rice from a local chinese restaurant.

Tonight was make-your-own-pizza night.  I had spinach, mozzarella, tomatoes, and plenty of chili oil. Considering it was the only thing I ate today, I demolished it in just a few bites.

We all went to the Italian place on the common today, where I ate, drank, and was merry.  I personally had linguine with king prawns and cherry tomatoes.  Followed by a chocolate brownie cake (not a chocolate brownie) and an Italian brandy among many other things.

Such a lovely day without cooking and washing up.

I'm watching River Cottage Veg on C4 at the moment, and earlier he visited a Hindu caterer in your area Goldie.  I swear I have never seen such fantasric vegetarian food, even from the Hindu restaurants not far from where I am.

You can catch it on C4+1 at 9pm BTW.
