Whistling Window

I have a double glazed unit in my bedroom.
When the wind is in the wrong direction, It "whistles"
anyone any idea how to stop it ???

Smokes would probably be the person with the best advice but it sounds like you have a seal issue.

I put a tube-sock (or long sock) in mine, right in between the two window's seem, but I am unsure how yours is set up.

the actual seal looks ok.
Even when pulled shut it whistles when the winds in the wrong direction.
I heard someone mention its something to do with the frame when fitted ???

  ??? ??? apparently this is quite fashionable in new houses.
Where you think there should be a window , there are bricks with frame work around.

I recommend applying Mor-tite or similar caulk around the window to prevent the draft that is causing the whistling sound.

Is the window a traditional pair of sashes or is it a PVC jobby?
Don't put off until tomorrow, what you can put off until the day after.
