Booked our flights to guess where? Yep, it's St Loosha from the 7th of Aug until the 21st.

I was really naughty: I bought Upper Class seats for our trip home.

I never thought I'd say this but the bed thing is even more interesting than the bar. Oh, well, maybe not.

friends fly to America first class frequently and the beds are great and the dressing gown given to you to change into whilst on board as well

I used to have a pal that worked for B.A. When I went New York he offered me Business Class both ways for £200, or Concorde there and Economy home for £250.  I opted for Business Class which I realise was a mistake now that Concorde is no more.

And the food on the way out gave me food poisoning!!

Let me see if I understand. I order to get an upgrade to 1st class I should wear different shoes? Damn it!! I knew crocs would kill my reputation!!

You have to threaten to kick them in the face too.  Otherwise they'll never look down at your feet.

I'm just waiting for when they can be left alone for extended periods. Then I'm off somewhere every other month.  Possibly even with the missus.

The flights I bought in January are now double the price.  It would cost me £8,225 to fly economy out and upper class back now. Remarkably, it would cost me £1000 more than I paid for economy both ways.

Could be the last Caribbean hol' for a while.
