Just paid for our flights to St Lucia in September. Went mad as it's our first holiday since 2019 - for obvious reasons.

I really, really need to be able to bathe in the Caribbean sea. It's like a health and mana potion all in one!

Good for you.  The last time I was on the island, the seas were so rough I could barely swim, so I hope you have calmer times than we did.  But it was January.  Sept. winds down hurricane season so keeping fingers crossed for you.   The water is so beautiful and swimming is so relaxing.

2 weeks off in September. No idea where to visit due to the pooch, Hopefully will follow the sun around the South

I'm on the plane about 2 hours out from st Lucia. The plane was delayed by an hour and a half was some richard kicked off in the rear section so they threw him off. Then we had to wait for his baggage to be sought before lift off.

We're in business class but it's poor. Ok, you have a bed and that's why we pay, but I pocket somewhere to put your phone would be a basic facility, right? Also, the Yin and Yang setup means you either have to climb over someone to get out, or have someone climb over you. Not impressed B.A!

Mustn't grumble, eh.

Ha!  At least you have some leg room!  Safe travels.  And take pix when you get there so we can also enjoy the island vicariously.

Brother. There's a huge difference between tradesmen and good, or even great, tradesmen. That's why I'm here and got here bizzy class.

Going home today - well, I leave today and get home tomorrow. It's been a bash and I am, as usual, desperately sorry to leave.

Best I book next year as soon as I can.
