It's Saturn's 6th-largest moon, Enceladus.Here's Saturn's largest moon Titan, which also happens to be the 2nd largest moon in the solar system behind Jupiter's Ganymede. Titan apparently produces methane, so it's essentially a big space fart...

That's 'cos we're moving too - the whole equations of motion of three bodies moving in different orbits relative to one another, at different speeds, makes for quite complicated patterns in the sky.
That's no model...thats the real deal, captured by Telescopes...
