ideal for long rides. for an old phone its surprisingly well made, wonder what the newest version is like

Isn't it heavy?

My son just bought himself a Lenovo Z5 but had to get it from Singapore.

Great phone but the Chinese had to butcher the Indian rom to get it funcional (partly), neither of which helps much in the country. There is also no alternative roms to speak of or easy methods of flashing.

Finally, the Russians came to the rescue.
Don't put off until tomorrow, what you can put off until the day after.

There is an exception to every rule, apart from this one.

I give up. I was trying to point out that phone batteries deal in milliamps, not amps.

... but you people are deliberately ignoring me.

*sulk*

I twasn't ignoring you as I quoted your joviality for posterity - as I am now.

Anywho, goldie works for Rolls Royce so if he says it's 50000 amps, it might just be...

Not rolls royce and possibly not where i work at the moment due to layoffs  :o
Sorry Christ didn't see your self destructing post, you are right it holds a 5,000mAh  battery (need new glasses again  :'( :'( ) have never been good with electrical things - why my brother in law is a God send , If I may quote your father

still excellent for long distant rides

Try XDA developers for roms and hacks for phones their great  8)

LG V30 (Since January) for myself. Flagship phone with decent reviews and I got it at a great price. Happy enough with it, camera is great, has wifi calling which I desperately needed, and I was quite impressed at the lack of pre-installed bloatware. My wife has an LG G6 and aside from installing a custom ROM, the pre-installed apps are not removable, but disabling them running in the background seemed to work.
