On the back of the pop tarts boxes, they have a small joke called "flop tarts" in which they list horrible flavors like frosted anchovy, sweet and sour milkshake, or candy corn cabbage.
Unfortunately, one escaped into reality. As a gift, my mom gave me maple and bacon pop tarts.
Now I know back around 2009, there was a short "bacon madness" phase where just about everything came in bacon flavor. I was not a fan. Genuine article or gtfo.
I did like the maple bacon toaster streudel. But that was legit bacon, egg, and cheese.
These pop tarts were an artificial flavoring abomination even my fat roommate will not eat.
Seriously gross. Why the golly would anyone greenlight this poo?
