I've avoided mentioning just how much they've bent with the steam client lately, but this announcement just seems like.

Honestly, VR never appealed, but that G-man is Boss as golly.

This isn't the Half Life we've been waiting for all these years. It's a money grab for Valve. It's like they're saying "Our VR hardware isn't selling, lets throw the suckers a bone."

I don't like the new Steam client either.

holy golly do I hate the new client. And if you kill the webhelpers, they instantly respawn.

I really want a ram governor in the process manager. Oh, you want seven processes? Each gets one mb of ram then.

I'm surprised they announced this far out, I thought the announcement was going to be the drop date, but it's not coming out until March.
