I'd forgotten I had The Witcher waiting in the wings and I really wanted to play that a few years back. 

Maybe I should read the book first?

Two days to get that damn Witcher to install.  It didn't like Win 7 64 at all and kept giving me the damned "Black screen after intro" poo.

Had to install XP on an extra drive in the end but at least now it plays perfectly.

Saying that, I cant get past the Frightener.
