I haven't started it yet, I've only watched trailers. I'm hoping to find some time this week or next week to catch up.

I love it.  It's only a 3 episode series right now but I've heard it's been renewed for more.

I was just reading how long of wait to expect before the second season is available.. and I read this about the intro 3 episodes -

The productions suffered various problems. Filming took place during the coldest winters in Britain for 30 years, causing discomfort to the cast. Freeman recalls "It was so cold, my mind started to freeze - and this is a dialogue-heavy show with lots of lines to remember. I was struggling to say my words". Freeman hurt his wrist on his third day on set, after slipping on the steps of the location caravan, and Cumberbatch contracted "potentially fatal" pneumonia halfway through filming.

 :o

I hope this time filming goes more smoothly.

I've just finished watching the first season of Iron Man Armored (armoured) Adventures and thoroughly enjoyed it.  Funny thing is that I couldn't stand the first episodes as I thought the animation was chocky and the cartoon shading was over rendered (if you are going for cartoon looking CGI, might as well keep the lighting to a minimum). But by the end I was quite engrossed and thought the story line did the series justice.

It was primarily for the kids though.

Yes.  :)

Pretty good. I like the modern take on Holmes and Watson.
But I thought Ep.2 was pretty stoopid. Yea, it's kinda annoying when being Chinese ruins all these eeevil yellow people tropes on tv.
Spoiler (hover to show)
The same way being German ruins Nazis-want-to-rule-the-world tropes and being Russian ruins I'm a big bad Russian tropes.

I kinda wanna punch England right now for defeating Bulgaria 4-0.

But on topic, I just watched Nikita's and Terrier's pilots.

Nikita is better than I expected. It isn't anything spectacular, but seems to have potential. Yet, I'd not bet on it. It's a good fun, better than most you get from the American major cable companies. And Maggie Q is damn hot in tight pants and with a gun.  :o ;D

On the other side, Terriers started quite slowly. I watched it entirely, because I found some bits funny. Though, as it progressed, it caught me in it. It is a very fun watch, a pretty good ending for a pilot and I will definitely continue to watch it. After all, FX has yet to disappoint me with any of its shows.

I'm currently watching the maiden season of 'Birds of Prey' and Ashley Scott is doing it for me.  Kind of pissed at WB for cancelling it after one season while receiving an audience of 7.6 million, but I'm not entirely sure how far it could have gone anyhow.
